Excellent customer service
On 13/11/2019 we (me and my family) visited Makro Vanderbijlpark branch looking for a carpet cleaner machine and we were referred to one guy who took us through different products. He's really knowledgeable in his department, he left me with no doubt and wanting to look no further. Demonstrations were so great. Unfortunately I didn't take his name but with no doubt I will buy all my cleaning equipment from him.
