Excellent Customer Service
I would just like to compliment the excellent service received from the lady in sales at Makro, Brakpan.
It's hardly ever that I go to a store where the sales person fully understands the technical details of the products and is able to recommend a product as per the customers needs /requirements
I advised by Budget and what I wanted from the Printer. She recommended the HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 and I am impressed with the product already. And I have only had it for a couple of hours now.
Very well done. Didn't catch her name, but you may look her up with the Sales I.D: SM03207
