Excellent Customer Service

I went to Makro just to browse. Whilst there I noticed a special on a diy tool. I decided to purchase. However, there was no stock of the item. Along came department manager Zakhe. He tried to locate stock of the item via other branches. When he could not find anything he offered me a deal on the demo unit. The price of which was lower than the sale price. This made me a very satisfied customer. He was very helpful and went beyond what was required to ensure a satisfied customer and a sale. He is a fine example of an excellent salesman. He should be commended for this. He is a valuable resource to Makro.
