Excellent customer service
I urgently needed to get a washing machine for the company and had battled with many companies. When I called Mabel, she was exceptionally responsive, she took down all the details about what product I wanted and the details that I needed in the quotation for procurement and within an hour had emailed the quotation with clear instructions to follow. Mabel is polite, courteous and an excellent representative for your brand. Well done Mabel, I will recommend Makro to everyone I know because of you!
