Excellent customer service
I recently wrote a review about Makro, about my son's laptop that was giving me endless troubles. Makro head office responded to my review immediately and I was notified that they will contact me the next day.
As promised the following day, I was contacted by both the head office and Makro Springfield GM Wendy to resolve the issue.
I am very pleased with the customer service I received.
