Excellent customer service

It is rare these days to get awesome service so I would like to take this opportunity to praise two specific workers at Makro Centurion, namely Jacob Mochosa and Janine Rautenbach. On 19 August 2015 I was doing shopping at this branch when I saw one of your R100 specials, but unfortunately there was no stock on the rack. After approaching a staff member who informed me there was no stock I approached Jacob who checked on the system and confirmed there was more than enough stock available. He then approached Janine who went out of her way to locate the stock and organise that a forklift get the stock for me. These two members even packed it into my trolley for me. They didn't complain it's not their work or it's somebody elses responsibility but found a solution while still being friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks for the awesome service Makro!
