Excellent customer service

I bought a washing machine by Makro Cape Gate online and it was comunicated with me that my order will be ready in 2-5 working days. However we were in dire need of an washing machine so I came to Makro Cape Gate within 1 day and asked the consultants, Patrick and Pholohange, if they can please help me today still. They quickly assisted me and within 1 hour I had my washing machine and for that I am truly greatful towards these 2 brilliant consultants. I would really like the management to congratulate these 2 employees on their excellent customer service!!!
