Excellent customer service
<p>I went to Makro Strubens Valley to reprint a slip that I had lost. I was greeted friendly and enquired where I can have it reprint. The lady said at the returns counter... now I passed the returns counter on my way to the info counter and saw the queue there and told the lady I'll come back tomorrow as the queue is super long. She then proceeded to ask me for my details so that she can print and email me the slip. I just received the slip and just wanted to say a BIG THANKS to REFILWE POOE for helping me out in the regard! What a positive experience.</p>
