Excellent assistance
My old vacuum cleaner stopped working and this guy (think his name was Albert) assist me in selecting a new one. I wanted a light cleaner, which doesn't use water and can pick up pet hair. Albert recommended a Bissell upright. I was sceptical and threatened to bring it back if I'm not happy, but I'm very impressed with this cleaner and my carpets have never been so clean since they were new.
