On the 20th I purchased TV set @ Makro & two weeks ago when I finally unpacked it I found it was missing accessories, after a long battle trying to get this sorted out, I found out that there was still stuff missing I could not put the TV on the stand(Makro I personally feel that a mere apology from you for the bad service I received from your store from Thokozani needs some sort of a deeper apology, by either a voucher or something, but just a verbal apology is not good enough for the trauma I was put through). The accessories were delivered on Friday (the remote, manual & 4 useless *****s) upon getting home I still find that I still can't put the stand on, On Sat morning I phoned Makro again & spoke to John appliances manager, & he saved the day, he asked me to bring it in AGAIN & apologised for all the trauma I had been put through(mind you he had nothing to do with this deal,) but he took ownership & ensured that he personally assembled the TV & had it on the stand, tested the remote & the TV, which was not done by Thokozani on the 20th June. John a big thank you from me for all your trouble and great service, I was taken aback by your commitment & promise, you are my hero!!!!!
