Even Makro's systems are slow! Weird!

Now I can understand why Massmart is in big trouble and Makro only has a 2.6 out of 10 rating on Hellopeter. This is a totally inefficient company and that is why the competition is killing it! I placed an online order on 10 August. The status of the order is PACKED which was on 11 August. But since the 11th the courier still did not collect the parcel and I am getting ZERO feedback from Makro. On the 17th I emailed them to enquire about the delivery. A full day later I received an autoresponder to my email! Hahahahaha!! This is the very first time that I see this.... an autoresponder taking a day!! So not only the people, the systems are also slow. Anyway Makro has still not responded to me. Good luck Makro, I hope you shape up quickly and remain open but unfortunately I doubt it.....
