Even companies we have trusted for years like Makro can not be trusted.

Given big companies like Makro will disappoint you. I bought a chest freezer on the 4th December for someone's birthday. Little did I know that this will cause so much drama. Never the less the freezer arrived on the 16th Dec way past the estimated date they provided which was the 10th. I logged a return and now to collect the freezer is mission impossible. Their system accepted my return but it's not registered on my profile. I have been calling everyday asking and I get told different stories.
