Escalation to the CEO

I have posted a review a few days ago and still no attempt to resolve the issue. I have, a few times when faced with this level of disrespect from companies, complained directly to the CEOs via LinkedIn. My issues were resolved in less than 2 days in all instances. This is the next step I will take if my issue with Makro is not resolved this week. The CEO and I are contacts on LinkedIn.
