Error on quantity items

I always purchase household stuff using Makro online. The past week i have been trying to order online, I get the error quality limit of 50 exceeded. I have 43 items in the cart.

I have sent screenshot, Makro response is that there is something wrong with my network connection. How am I able to make online orders from other stores and send emails to them if there is something wrong with my connectivity.

I have sent numerous emails only to get the laziest feedback from them.
