Endless Makro nightmare service

Makro failed to deliver items I ordered, and I have been calling their customer care for the past two weeks in an attempt to get my items delivered, with no luck. I have been calling daily only to get the same news as Makro could never update you regardless of the "case" they claim to create on their end for escalations, and the staff at the Riversand store is really impolite and ends the call as soon as I bring up the missed things.
