One store that I won't recommend to any person. I ordered online on Thursday and haven't received my order as yet. My orders are usually delivered the same day because Silver lakes store is not far from the delivery address. My daughter is without cereal, diapers and other stuff since Friday. I called the call Centre to do a follow up and spoke to Tshepiso and I was advised that it will be delivered today. I called the 086 call Centre number again and I've spoken to Izole who was very helpful, she tried to call Makro Silver lakes but no answer on their landline ***.I called Silver lakes store at 16:39 and I was transferred by the receptionist lady to a guy, I told him I have been on the line very long he advised that he will call me back because I gave him my order number and he viewed my profile. I called back after 10 minutes because he didn't returned my call, I told the same lady at reception at 16:54 that I'm still waiting for the guy to call me back. She then transferred me to a line that never rang, I called 3 times after that she answered and dropped the line. Is that how you treat your customers???? How do you feel knowing that a child is without diapers for days now?? Would you do that to your own children???
