empty promises still. even after follow ups.

I am now really tired of following up on my order. when you have decided to finally deliver my order, you will do so. its the 4th and i am tired of empty promises. Marcelle promised to deliver yesterday. followed up in the afternoon. promised to call before 9am today. i should not be the one calling. excuses after excuses. Makro. you decide now, will you deliver my order placed on the 23rd of august or will you refund my money. i will hear from you.
