Empty Promises no refund

I purchased on-line and all went well payment made and then Makro promised to deliver 22-5-2026. Tuesday I get e-mail stating that they are unable to send parcel (goods) and refund will be made. Friday 22-5-2026 still no refund. So who is bluffing who here. Send e-mails get response back matter resolved with whom and when and where. OD***
