EMPTY PROMISES FROM MAKRO

My daughter bought a stove on line on the 3rd of Dec and were told that Makro Vaal has the Item. The arrangement was for Makro Vaal to take the stove to Makro Crown Mine. Later in that week my daughter was told to pick the stove at Crown Mine, when we got there we were told that the stove was still in Vaal, they called Valerie who confirmed that the stove was dispatched to Dawn courier service on the 8th Dec already. To date Nothing happened we have been in communication since last week till today there is no clue as to whether the stove will be delivered or not, i missed an important funeral of my aunt due to this fiasco. this morning i was given a number for the manager by the name of Ernest Mokoko at Dawn he promised to get back to us since he had no clue, still, never called back. It looks like they don't have stock and are buying time.
