Empty promises!!!!

Wrote a review.... makro rep**** saying they would get back to me between 24-48 hours. It is now day 4! I am still waiting for my order! Please send me my proof of delivery ASAP as your site says it was delivered but I have nothing. I would also like the contact number for the courier company aswell as my tracking number for the item so i can do what you clearly are not capable of doing and i can find out for myself where my order is. And please stop blaming Black Friday for your mess up! You should have made a working plan before taking on something you could not handle like online orders. Think you should consider sticking to instore trading or else you will loose a lot of customers! I await your response and my delivery by Monday before I take this any further. I have paid for my order so it is time for you to play your part and deliver what I have paid you for!
