Empty Makro Promises

Bought a new Defy washing machine, there was no user manual with it in the packaging - used it with the shipping bolts still attached because Defy doesn't think far enough to add a small sticker saying "remove before use" - the machine started hopping and I stopped it. Been spending more than a week now for Makro to send a technician to see what's wrong with it because it smells like burning electronics when I switch it on. No feedback. Horrible that you buy something new, it breaks in the first day and the supplier just doesn't care. They are very happy and fast when it comes to taking your money, but when the stuff they sell you are broken and without parts (e.g User Manual) they just delay and delay.

I want a refund or an exchange at the very least - I will from now on recommend to everyone I know not to buy from Makro and to go to Game instead.
