Employees who dont deserve a job

The level of ill decipline and disrespect of the ground staff here at makro PLK is shocking.

When i asked a lady to assist me, she rude said step back im still busy with a customer. Didnt make it a big deal but she showed pure disrespect and no respect for her job also when she made that nxa sound. I immediately asked if she was doing that for me, her reply "wena akena nako lwena ke feditše ka wena" meaning im done with you i have got nothing to do with you. I asked her again to confirm if she was really saying that to me she said yes ive got nothing to do with you.

To show her utmost disrespect the colleague she was with made an annoucement on intercom requesting for a customer to report to customer service with a title Dr. When the Dr came she then asked the colleague refering to the Dr. As "it". Ke yona ye...surname.

Her name is Mmathabo Thaba. Suh disrespect is disgusting. I had no energy to talk to her further.her volleague gave me a temprary card in 1min.
