If there was anything below one I would give that. They delivered our groceries to a wrong address. No one knows how to resolve the matter, no manager or team leader to speak to. A bunch of people who do not know what they are doing. I spent more than 3 hours on a call with them, the ‘unfortunately’ cannot help. We give them business on weekly basis but that doesn’t matter to them. Very pathetic! I spoke to 4 different people, none of them are able to rectify the mistake on their end.
