Employee of the year!!!

This is not a review for Makro but for one of their employees Thabo Mokalapa! he deserves a huge increase or bonus. for 11 months i have been struggling to return an online purchase. numerous frustrations, promises of staff who would assist and call me back. many fight and actually being rude because i received no help and no service. Thabo phoned me yesterday and the item was collected this morning. thank you Thabo, the world needs more people like you! You are worth way more than 5 stars!!!! I appreciate your assistance and your help!
