Ellen Hleko you are a star!!
Almost daily we end up with bad service in South-Africa, but then one person can change your whole view of service received. Makro Carnival's CIC Manager Ellen Hleko called me immediately after an complaint, and kept calling me till I was sorted and happy. This message are to thank Ellen for her awesome service!! This lady deserve customer care award from Makro. She really walked the extra mile!! Thanx Ellen.
