Eish Makro on line is off line

On the 20th of November 2017 , we ordered and paid for two packs of Megamaster flame tamers and were told they would be delivered in 21 days ( 18th of December 2017) on line tracking confirmed" order in process" an email dated the 20th of December from Makro confirmed that we are "registered " and that the delivery will take 21 days to process....... when I spoke to the call center , I was answered by a lethargic "clerk" who could not get get in contact with the delivery department because no one is answering the phone, after 13 minutes I gave up ....... Shame on Makro
