Eish I don't know why I keep on going bk to makro please follow your return policy need my money

This goes to samsung and makro Good afternoon I have a very very disappointed with samsung and makro vaal on the 26 of March 2026 i have purchased a Samsung 21 kg Top loader Washer Ai machine R9000 cash connected the machine the very same Sunday I recognize the machine is faulty the water comes in after taking washing powder then the water drains after mins i tried so many times to do washen but still I reported this in the second day of delivery im under 14 days of returning this item I state it and im clear the machine is faulty and I don't need any thing to do with this brand I just need my money back to purchase a better brand I don't need anything can samsung release the funds to makro so they pay me back I didn't do any business with the 3rd party but in the one suffering when I call makro they say I must wait for samsung , can you please please I don't have a machine my washen is too much I can't use this machine as I don't need it I want it gone my house I can't stress well paid this kind of money This is your policy with makro Subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, if you purchased a Product, you have 14 days to return it in an used condition and in its original packaging and we will happily refund you.
