Effectively solved problem

I posted a complaint on Monday last week regarding an incident of bad service i received from Makro and Standard Bank Ucount. I am very happy to report that this matter had a very good outcome all due to Hansie Grobler and his colleague Thelma. Hansie made contact on tuesday and gave me a detailed breakdown of what had happened in communication between them and the bank. He tried everything to process the transaction manually but was unable to. He wanted at all cost to prevent me from having to come back to the store. We finally agreed that I would go back to the store to effect the payment. Hansie and Thelma made this second visit to the store a very easy one. My products were already rung up and packed just ready for me to pay and leave. in addition to this, he offered me a discount. I can only commend him and Thelma for the way in which they made up for my inconvenience.
