Educated staff .
Order placed on the 17th Nov 2024 and has not been delivered nor any update or courtesy call or email or apology. Very embarrassing as I purchased the item as a surprise gift for my wife.No option but to cancel. I have to wait 14 days for a refund.Online customer service is just a cover up .
