I ordered a 1 case of Hennessy consisting of 6 bottles, however Makro Bloemfontein delivered only one bottle instead of 6. I signed for as recepient of the one bottle and then immediately called their call Centre to tell them about my delivery, they told me it's under investigation since Saturday the 29 November 2025, I then did a follow up today, an agent that was assisting me asked why did I accept one bottle knowing that I had ordered six, he was very rude in that he ended up hanging up on me. I then after work because I was very unhappy went to the store with the bottle that was delivered, when I got there I was told that they are looking into the surveillance cameras on what had transpired that day, I guess they are still busy looking at the cameras even now. I'm very much unhappy about this whole ordeal, it's unfair to me tha I spent my money to buy something and now Iam not being given what belongs to me because of an "investigation" I mean who's fault is it, someone did the wrong thing at the store and I'm being punished for that.
