My employee went went to Makro Polokwane and to buy alcohol. This is the shop where we buy alcohol and we are one of the frequent client. The transaction was completed and she left with the items she bought. Come close of business she received a call from Makro and they claimed she had given the cashier incomplete amount during the transaction. I personally find it unfair and I think they took advantage of her soft character. Since the day of the transaction they kept on calling her to come and pay as they will dismiss the cashier in question here. Now as a business we were made to be the divider of the cashier in question's future with Makro. She theneeds went back to the store and paI'd the R1000 they said she owes the store. My question is, does Makro have the evidence that it was my employer who did not pay the correct amount? Since that day they don't even want to do business with us. I want my money from Makro and I want to be free when doing business with any company.

Is Makro going to take forever to resolve this matter? Or they suddenly don't remember their loyal client whom they treated like a non human?
