Aside from cancelling orders at their free will, they take months with refunds - endless promises and escalations. I have been following up on a refund since August, it is now December despite their promise of a refund being processed within 5 to 7 business day. I suspect they are heading into liquidation as there is clearly a cashflow problem. Will be escalating the matter to their parent company Walmart
