Dysfunctional Online Shopping Platform

Tried to buy a television on the Makro website. Won't allow me to process the transaction because the website keeps telling me that I must chose another name because my name is linked to another address. This is because I have bought a new house - surely this is something that hundreds of customers do every year? Astonishing that this website cannot deal with that, I deleted the old address and it keeps defaulting to the same error message. At 14:51pm I called the customer care line and spoke with Karabo who, after keeping me waiting for over 7 minutes, said she couldn't find me on the system (also astonishing since I gave her the Makro card number linked to my profile which I used to make a purchase on the website in December). Talking to Karabo was a waste of time, I was told to try another browser which I did - have the same error message. Clearly Makro doesn't need new business if this is how glitchy their website and customer care hub are.
