Dysfunctional: Fail to deliver what I ordered twice and then fail at refunding twice again

Shocking service, I cannot believe they are still in business, this is absolutely pathetic. They got 2 online orders wrong (delivered wrong quantity) and they told me to request returns. One of the returns was rejected twice (originally invoiced on 9 May). I have sent countless emails and spent much time on the phone - they are dysfunctional. They also had couriers calling me often to collect a return that they have had for weeks. They keep wasting my time and are keeping my money (**** like behavior).

The first order had the wrong quantity. They then said i should log a return and that they fixed the listing on the website. I placed the second order for the 'fixed' listing - but that was even more incorrect. Only the second order was refunded.
