Duplicate Invoice and No Resolution – Urgent Assistance Needed

Complaint Title: Duplicate Invoice and No Resolution I am raising this complaint due to an unresolved and highly concerning billing error involving Bashewa Supermark. One of our employees purchased a washing machine using her personal RCS account. To ease delivery, she listed the company address as the delivery point, as she resides just a kilometer away. Despite this being a personal transaction, an invoice has now been issued under Bashewa Supermark's name, incorrectly linking the purchase to our business. This is completely unacceptable. - Bashewa Supermark did not authorize or purchase this washing machine. - The employee paid with her personal RCS account — she simply used the company address for convenience. - Our company does not hold an account or credit facility for purchases of this nature. - No proof of delivery has been provided, and our queries have been ignored.
