Duped by external service provider

Just curious, before allowing a third party to trade under the makro umbrella are they vetted and are you doing follow ups to confirm that their agreements with you are being upheld?

Please note the product was never used by me!

The box came wrapped in bubble wrap, underneath the bubble wrap was a terribly damaged box that was previously stuck with a disgusting brown tape. The packaging would not have mattered to me if the pots were good but after purchasing the pots based on the description on your website, we took out a pot only to realise that it was so thin it made a tin-kind of sound if you tap it. That single pot was put back into the box and we decided it needed to be returned.

I would like to advise on a full investigation into this company and its products, I insist that the description of the pots on your site and the pots itself be evaluated to confirm what I said. I would also like the box examined to verify my description of what I received.

I have a good history with you and hardly ever return item even if I am not satisfied with them eg the last 3 time I purchased c type chargers only to receive them and realise they were c type one one end and iphone on the other end.

This has been a most frustrating and infuriating experience! I was looking to upgrade my pots but quality was my main concern, not wanting to purchase another poor quality product from you, I have just purchased a set of AMC cookware valued at R24 000, now does that sound like someone who would cook in a horrible tin pot—then return the set?!!
