DUD LAPTOP - MAKRO

I bought a Lenovo laptop at Makro which never worked. I took it back after struggling for a month, only to be told I should have brought it back within 2 weeks - the policies and procedures are nowhere to be found in the stores, only in the return section! I was promised assistance and feedback within two days, however, eight days later, no joy, only an sms that the laptop had been taken in for assessing. Very, Very bad service indeed. After posting about this seven days ago I received two calls from Makro, promising me service but to date, no joy whatsoever. Never buying these type of products from them again.
