Dstv Explora - Multi Switch NOT included

I have installed a number of Dstv Explora decoders since they were launched, and when buying the kit in a single box set, all the necessary components were included for an installation. On the 21st of June 2015 I decided to purchase one for my own home only to find that the manufacturers do NOT include the Multi Switch and fly leads. They didn't have the decency to put a sticker or any form of notification that this kit is incomplete in order to install.<br> I feel coaxed into purchasing the item on special only to find out that there are additional costs to outlay and a further inconvenience of having to travel around to acquire the necessary short supp**** items.<br> When contacting Makro Alberton (where i purchased the Explora) i was told that the salesman should have told me that the kit is incomplete and further parts were required. There was no sign up or a salesman to inform me so.<br> I feel that the company that packages these Explora's are at fault too by not informing the customer of the change of policy of what is included and should have something bright and bold in order to notify the consumer that the cost doesn't end at the advertised \Special"price."""
