DSTV Decoder Out of Stock

I went to Makro Woodmead branch to pick up a DSTV decoder (HD Single View) yesterday (25-11-2015) They were out of stock, I asked a salesman on the floor to check if they have stock at the back, and the guy never returned to me, so I left the store. This morning I called the Makro Woodmead branch (at 9:30am) to ask about stock availability and the lady over the phone told me they have 20 units in stock, when I arrive at Makro Woodmead I see there is no stock on the shelves, and when I asked a salesman on the floor he told me they didn't have any stock, this means I had driven to Woodmead twice in two days and still didn't come right with purchasing the DSTV decoder. I do understand that the item was on Promotion and can go out of stock quickly, but after telling me there are 20 units when there are in fact none, is unacceptable. I wont be visiting Makro Woodmead anytime soon again.
