Driver lost and turning back with groceries
I was excited that your delivery system has improved, until you handed over my groceries to a driver who's not fami**** with my area, none whatsoever. Wasted airtime and data trying to assist him and he still failed. And as I type this, he told me my groceries will be delivered tomorrow. Q is why did he take it in the first place and how come you allowed it, don't you vett your driver's? Quite unnecessary that I have to suffer for incompetence. Anywho sort that. His name is George

27 Feb 2024, 12:15Today I get an smsm that I received my parcels, from the same guy who didn't know my area. What's going? Where are my groceries?! Now I'm concerned, am being conned? If they say they delivered, show me where I signed in the box and what I signed for? Usually with other drivers from past months we do that. I'm getting no communication to update me

I've been patient enough, now no more, deal with wumdrop in your own time. I have a family to feed. I have proof I paid you, so delever what I paid for . It's now march I paid last week already. 02 Mar 2024, 14:18Hi, just received my groceries finally. Sidwell delivered as he has before. The boxes are in quite a shape. Juice is leaking. Shows it's been on the road for a while. Leave Sidwell alone, he was very courteous and respectful. The problem is George, he's a **** and very ***********.
