Driver Cancels My Order Without Permission – Makro Doesn’t Care!”

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of November. Instead, your driver Kaptein Phupi took it upon herself to cancel my order on the 27th at 19:40 — a whole damn day before delivery — without informing me, without explaining anything, and with absolutely no respect for my time.

I waited the entire day on the 28th, and NOTHING was delivered.

When I contacted her, she apologized and promised delivery on the 29th first thing in the morning. She even asked for my address again, which I sent immediately. Then on the 29th, when I called her around 11am, she passed me to someone else — a lady in the store who told me she was OFF and knew nothing at all, because Kaptein never arranged ANYTHING.

This is beyond incompetence — it’s complete, embarrassing chaos.

I then contacted Makro directly, logged everything, and up to this very moment, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER.

Today is the 2nd of December. I got a call this morning and was told my order is “out.” Nothing came. I then contacted Makro again and they checked and contacted the driver, who told me he doesn’t even have my order.

This is exactly how ****ed up Makro has become.
