DPD Laser the worst courier for Makro

Can you explain why my parcel from DPD Laser tracking info suddenly went missing after it arrived in Cape Town? The message I received from their whatsapp bot states: "we tried to deliver your parcel". The parcel been at their depot for more that 3 days in Cape Town where I reside. Now all tracking information disappeared clearly my parcel went missing or was ****** at their Cape Town depot.
