Double dog food order arrives 5 weeks later

Makro started their online shopping some time back and it started off well. We always buy big 25kg dog food from them every month, and the deliveries have progressively got worse and worse. The last purchase we made took almost 5 weeks to be delivered! We ordered 2 bags at almost R1300. We ended up having to go and buy somewhere else TWICE before our order arrived. My wife followed up with them repeatedly and got utterly ****py service. MAKRO, if you are not going to do the online sales thing properly, then dont do it at ALL! And the company that handles deliveries is really bad. At this point, I am not sure if I want to do business with Makro again.
