DOUBLE DEBIT

On the 23th April 2015 I visited MAKRO WOODMEAD to purchase goods and I swiped my standard bank card to pay for my goods, what surprises me is that on the 24th April 2015 MAKRO processed another debit of the same amount I paid on the 23th April 2015 without my concern, when I approach them they told me to wait until the money has been reversed , I waited until I see there is nothing happening , I went to the offices again on the 26 May 2015, they told me the money was reversed on the 30th April 2015 but when going to my banker all to find out the is no such no money was reversed, I want this money MAKRO MUST PAY ME BACK,
