Double charging
Good day, my account was paid up in July 2020 - pls advise as to why it was handed to another collections company in Sept 2020. Now I paid Norton Lambrianous which was a full and final settlement and without checking i paid VVM in full and final as well. Now I. Requesting for my refund and im being ignored - so someone needs to refund urgently
