DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CANDY PRODUCTS.

i bought a candy washing matchine from makro roodepoort and the machine doesnt even have eight month it starting giving us a problem ,i logged the call with makro which they said they will log the call with the service provider to send the technician to check the machine which he came after 6 days to check what is wrong with the machine .

the technician came back for the secondtime on the 4th of january 2022 to replace the motor of the machine and the problem still persist and when i call him after he left he just decided to ignore my calls and whatsups ,however eventually i managed to get hold of him and then he claimed that he left the machine working ,i logged the call with makro and explain my frustration with the dirty clothes pilling up and to date i am going for a full month without the machine .

my advice dont buy candy product they are service sucks .
