Don’t use Makro online. You will waste your money and not receive your stock

Good day I placed an order online order number MAK***0 This order had 3 bags of 12.5 kg cake flour AND 3 bags of 12.5kgs bread flour. I was told my order was split in 2....no problem....HOWEVER the cake flour arrived the BREAD FLOUR IS MISSING! According to the courier the waybill number MAK*** which is recorded on your website does not exist! I have phoned EVERY DAY since Thursday and all I get are empty promises from call Centre agents that my order will be tracked and they will phone me back. Yesterday I insisted on a manager and was told all management are in a meeting, they would call me back. LIES! No one returned my call. I went online this morning and TO MY HORROR SAYTHE STARUS OF MY ORDER SAID COMPLETE. ORDER DELIVERED. MORE LIES! I called again this morning to be told that all management are STILL IN A MEETING HOW CONVENIENT! My next step is to lay a charge of theft with the SAPS as I am a pensioner and can’t afford to lay out so much money just to have the stock ****** from me. In the mean time I sit with no bread and no bread flour. Oh and surprise surprise, no one bothers to return my calls

Please note that I intend to take this matter to the highest levels as this is disgusting and shocking! I intend to go to the media as well as to the CEO of Massmart.
