DONT USE MAKRO ONLINE-USELESS PEOPLE AND SERVICE
Makro online system sucks!!.. After 7 to 10 working days wait for delivery all their call centre can say is that they waiting for a courier to fetch the package from their warehouse. The call centre staff is not adequate enough to handle customer queries, they do not call back nor can you speak to a team lead or manager as the call gets cut off after a long wait. The cost of calling makro all the time and the frustration of waiting for the item purchased it would have been cheaper and easier to have bought it elsewere. Why have online exclusive deals if you cannot deliver the product???

Promised that the item will be delivered and still no delivery or call back...
