Dont use Makro for online purchases

We order from Makro every month for the last 3 years. After recommending them to all my friends sadly, they have gone backwards. Firstly the returns on 3rd party orders don’t work and you have to try and get your money back from them. Our last order MAK#***, 24/12/2024, an item was incorrectly delivered. We ordered a box of tomato paste @ R171.00 and got 1 sachet @ R5.95. After many calls it has still not been refunded even after the refund was again approved by Lorraine. That will be our last order.
