Don't trust the on-line store

Horrific on-line service - do not buy on-line. There is apology after apology but only when you phone them. There is no contact from their side. Their warehouse dispatched wrong air-conditioning units - fronts were inverter and backs were non inverters despite me ordering non inverters (I had ordered 2) Returned both and have been credited for one.
